Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), including 432 hours of accredited training in integrative health coaching and whole-person wellness.
I’m Ryan Colby, the founder of Viasol. My approach blends holistic nutrition, integrative health coaching, behavior change, and practical wellness strategy so you can make progress without turning your life upside down.
Multiple certifications across integrative nutrition, holistic health, sports nutrition, weight management, and wellness coaching.
I’ve spent years working one-on-one with people who want to feel better, build healthier routines, and make sense of conflicting wellness advice. What I’ve learned is that lasting change rarely comes from a stricter plan. It comes from understanding the person, the patterns, and the real life behind the goal.
That’s why Viasol looks beyond one isolated habit. We consider nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, routines, mindset, environment, and the day-to-day realities that shape your health.
My role is not to hand you a perfect lifestyle. It’s to help you identify what matters most, simplify the path forward, and build habits you can actually keep.

My education spans nutrition, integrative coaching, behavior change, sports nutrition, weight management, and whole-person health.
